Booking terms for Twistgates Farm Cottages
PAYMENT
• Bookings must be accompanied by a 25% deposit.
• The balance is due at least 28 days before the start date of your holiday.
• Bookings less than one month prior to the start date of your holiday must be accompanied by the full payment.
• Bookings for short breaks must be paid in full at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION
• If you have to cancel your holiday you must notify us immediately by telephone and in writing.
• In the case of cancellation your deposit is forfeited.
• We will make every effort to re-let the cottage but if we are not successful you will remain responsible for the balance of the cost.
• We take a £50 administration charge plus any advertising costs from any money refunded.
At the time of making a booking all guests need to complete a booking form and full booking terms will be sent with it.
